Inger Larsen Partner, Director Europe inger@larseng11n.com		Inger Larsen has degrees in English and American Linguistics, Literature and History; Technical Translations with International Studies; plus courses in IT and HR. Inger founded Larsen Globalization recruitment in 2000. Before this, Inger worked internationally in localization for 15 years. She started out as a localizer and project manager with IBM in her native Norway, then taught software localization at Surrey University before she went to Microsoft in Dublin to work as a program manager on international product versions. She then moved to London and worked within global account management and sales with Xerox GKLS and also for Lernout & Hauspie (now Lionbridge). Inger lives in London with her three children.
Denise Spacinsky Partner, Director Americas denise@larseng11n.com		Denise Spacinsky has been in the localization industry since 1998. She started in localization shortly after graduating college where she worked as a vendor-side Project Manager, then spent 7 years at Hewlett-Packard as a Globalization Strategist for Consumer Imaging and Printing. She has experience with localization, globalization, internationalization, content management and international market research. Denise is American and has traveled throughout Europe, South America and Asia for work and pleasure. She holds a degree in International Business and French from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, attended the Sorbonne in Paris receiving high accreditation, and American University in Washington, DC where she received a certificate in Foreign Policy and International Affairs. Denise joined Larsen Globalization in 2006 to manage recruitment efforts in US and Canada, which has now expanded through South America. She speaks French and Brazilian Portuguese. She lives in Boston with her husband and two children.
Gretta FitzGerald Director, Business Development Europe gretta@larseng11n.com		Gretta FitzGerald has a Masters in Business Administration from the Open University and studied Computer Science at Trinity College, Dublin. Gretta started her career as a Production Manager in Dublin 1986 and went into Localization working for Lionbridge as a DTP Manager, Quality Manager and Business Unit Manager. She joined Alpnet Ireland (now SDL) in 2000 as Country Manager. After joining Larsen in 2001 as a founding partner, Gretta is now responsible for growing and improving our business with European clients. Gretta lives in Skerries, north of Dublin, with her husband and three children

Janette Ulmer Director, Recruitment Americas janette@larseng11n.com		Janette Ulmer has a degree from Illinois State University in Computer Science. She worked for a number of years as an Embedded Software Engineer for Motorola’s Nextel division and later joined Cobasys as a Lead Software Engineer and Project Manager for battery technology development. Looking for a change, Janette joined Larsen Globalization in late 2007 in the field of localization and staffing as a Researcher. She quickly moved into Recruitment and is now leading the Recruitment Division for the Americas region. Janette’s background in complex technology made the transition to localization seamless. She lives and works in the Detroit Area with her husband and four children.
